湖南通航航空技工學(xué)校是經(jīng)湖南省人力資源和社會(huì)廳批準(zhǔn)成立,由中航空港(湖南)教育集團(tuán)出資創(chuàng)辦的一所全日制中等技工學(xué)校。學(xué)校以黨的建設(shè)為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),秉持"技能為本,學(xué)以應(yīng)用"的教育理念,深入貫徹*制造2025、扶貧戰(zhàn)略和湖南省創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)等發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以服務(wù)湖南航空產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為宗旨,致力于創(chuàng)建湖南省內(nèi)新型航空類技工學(xué)校,打造省內(nèi)民辦技工學(xué)校品牌。

學(xué)校堅(jiān)持"工學(xué)結(jié)合、產(chǎn)教融合,校企合作、互利雙贏"的辦學(xué)模式,以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,與企業(yè)開展深度合作,聯(lián)合制訂人才培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與方案,根據(jù)崗位要求確立課程體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)相結(jié)合,學(xué)校教育與企業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)相結(jié)合,通過企業(yè)訂單培養(yǎng),與企業(yè)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)合格人才。開設(shè)有航空服務(wù)、軌道交通、飛機(jī)制造、汽車制造與裝配(新能源方向)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用、新媒體大數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)、VR技術(shù)等專業(yè)。
